Party Quest: Group Therapy for Connection & Growth Quests

    Intake Session - $150 One Time

    Your journey begins with a one-time intake session . This 60-minute meeting helps us get to know you, explore your goals, and ensure the group is a good fit. The intake also introduces you to our trauma-informed approach and gives space to ask questions before starting your adventure.

    Rolling Admission — $80 per person, per session
    Join any time. Pay per session. Perfect for trying out the experience or fitting it into a busy schedule.

Through storytelling, play, and creative collaboration, our programs help teams and professionals design sustainable group interventions, strengthen workplace wellness, and unlock creativity. From clinical program development to team-building retreats, Guidance Quest combines evidence-informed care with imagination, helping people and organizations grow through connection, creativity, and resilience.

  • Therapy is grounded in trauma-informed care, the ARC framework, and EMDR-informed methods. When appropriate, we also integrate creative approaches such as tabletop role-playing games (TTRPGs) and character creation to support self-expression, emotional regulation, and resilience.

    $150 × 10 = $1,425 total (5% discount)
    Each 50-minute session is trauma-informed, creative, and evidence-based.
